Business to business literature pack
Regenesis – Leamington Spa
Regenesis is a publicly funded body charged with regenerating business and community facilities in the Old Town area of Leamington Spa. Having been operational for 18 months they wanted a step change in their promotional activity to attract companies and encourage new business start-ups in the area.

Ray Smith, Business Development Manager at Regenesis wanted to produce a high quality information pack that could be used to inform the local business community and intermediary networks (including banks, accountants and business link advisers) of the full range of support available through Regenesis and the advantages of locating in Old Town, Leamington Spa.

Working with Emphasis, a local design agency selected by Regenesis, Second Opinion Marketing clarified and confirmed the objectives for the business pack, researched case studies and wrote copy, sourced suitable photographs and managed the project through to completion.

“The result is a cost effectively produced business support pack which gives us the flexibility to use single fact sheets or the whole pack depending on the nature of particular enquiries,” explained Ray Smith. “We were keen to have the pack available for our AGM at the end of November, and as a result of effective project management from Teresa Harris at Second Opinion, we achieved this deadline”.

Second Opinion Marketing helped Regenesis to:

  • Develop a high impact business information pack to promote Old Town Leamington Spa.
  • Maximise budget by producing a low cost, flexible solution to the brief.
