Beyond The Marketing Audit©
Who is it for? 
Companies and organisations that need an independent review of their approach to marketing their company, or a specific product.

What do you get? 
The audit is normally conducted over a 2 - 4 week period and includes a full review of all printed materials, adverts, direct mail, promotional items, product packaging, and where appropriate customer facing documents and standard letters. In addition a small sample of customers are interviewed to discuss their perception and experience with the client company. Depending on the client company’s sales routes a sample of the sales force and/or distributors would also be interviewed. At the end of the audit you will be given:
  • A detailed, constructive review of your existing sales and marketing activities.
  • Advice on what you should do to market your business or product effectively.
  • Recommendations on how to improve, confirm, or change your company’s image.
  • The option to have Second Opinion Marketing write or rewrite marketing materials and customer facing documents in a user-friendly format, focusing on product benefits rather than features.

The Benefits
